December 2023 Monthly Meeting Minutes
The Monthly Meeting of the LOUISIANA XII CHAPTER of the BLUE KNIGHTS INTERNATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT MOTORCYCLE CLUB was called to order on December 4th, 2023 at 7:00 PM by Chapter President Bruce Verrette.

1A: Roll call found 5 members present, 4 spouses present, and 2 children.
The Board of Directors was accounted for as listed below.

The Treasures Report was prepared and presented by Treasurer Pink Duckworth Copies of the Treasurers Report were distributed. As of October 2023,

Item #3 -Vice President’s Report
3A- Vice President Cormier discussed that with all that was going on in December that we would not have a chapter ride
Item #4 -President’s Report
4A - President Verrette discussed the passing of former International Vice President and friend Rory MacConnell from Sarasota Florida. He advised that the chapter would be sending flowers for the funeral.
Item #5- New Business
6A- Nominations for the chapter board members was opened by President Verrette.
The nominations were as followed:

Director- Ryan Shackelford
Director- Glen Bourgeois
Director- John Wigstrom
There were no other nominations presented, and this is your new Executive Board.
Item #7 -The Next Monthly Meeting
The next Monthly Meeting will be held on January 8th, 2024 at EL Paso Mexican Restaurant on Lapalco Blvd Marrero LA. Dinner will start at 6:00 PM, and the meeting will start at 7:PM.
